What CrowdLays is
CrowdLays is a community football-prediction platform. It records public predictions, reasoning shared voluntarily, and performance statistics. CrowdLays does not accept wagers or handle real-money bets.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address, username, authentication provider, and account identifiers. We also store predictions, optional written reasoning, reports, moderation records, and reputation statistics. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device details, cookies, and request logs.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, publish prediction records, calculate rankings and reputation, prevent abuse, moderate content, secure the service, resolve data conflicts, and communicate essential account or operational notices.
Public information
Your username, predictions, optional reasoning, and performance statistics may be visible publicly. Your email address and authentication credentials are not displayed publicly.
Service providers
CrowdLays uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google for optional account sign-in, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security controls.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, moderation, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted server credentials, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional reasoning. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to security and record-keeping requirements. For privacy questions, use the support contact shown on the CrowdLays Google sign-in consent screen.
Changes
We may update this policy as CrowdLays develops. The latest version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
