Using CrowdLays
By using CrowdLays, you agree to these terms and to follow applicable laws. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your email or sign-in provider secure.
No gambling service or financial advice
CrowdLays uses virtual points to measure public prediction performance. It does not accept stakes, hold funds, place bets, act as a bookmaker, or guarantee outcomes. Predictions, consensus scores, rankings, and suggested combinations are informational community content—not financial or gambling advice.
Usernames and accounts
Choose a username you are entitled to use and do not impersonate another person. Usernames are unique without regard to letter casing. We may rename, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts used for impersonation, abuse, fraud, or attempts to evade enforcement.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give CrowdLays permission to store, display, format, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, private, or abusive material.
Fair use of the platform
Do not manipulate predictions, create coordinated fake accounts, scrape the service excessively, interfere with security controls, exploit provider data, send spam, or attempt unauthorized access. Predictions lock when the relevant fixture begins.
Moderation
We may investigate reports and hide content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when reasonably necessary to protect users and the integrity of the platform. Moderation decisions may be based on available evidence and can be corrected when new information becomes available.
Availability and data
Fixtures, odds, scores, and other football information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. The service may change or experience interruptions. CrowdLays is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms.
